StreetRelay ("we", "us") provides an iOS app for exploring live street cameras, landmarks, and travel tools. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Overview

StreetRelay helps you explore live street cameras, landmarks, and travel utilities. We collect minimal data and do not require an account.

Information we process

• Location (optional) — If you grant permission, location is used on-device to suggest nearby live cameras and show compass direction. When you request nearby feeds, approximate coordinates may be sent to the Windy Webcams API. We do not store your location on our servers.
• App settings — Preferences such as haptic feedback and auto-play are stored locally on your device via iOS UserDefaults.
• Cache — The app may cache images and stream catalog data locally to improve performance. You can clear this cache in Settings.

What we do not collect

• No account registration or password
• No advertising tracking or analytics SDK in v1.0
• No sale of personal data

Third-party services

• Windy Webcams — Live camera metadata, streams, and nearby feed lookups (Windy Terms).
• Google AdMob — Serves ads in the free app. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers and usage data for ad personalization and measurement (Google Privacy Policy). You can manage tracking via iOS App Tracking Transparency and in-app Ad Privacy Options where required.
• Firebase / Google Analytics — App analytics and ad impression revenue reporting for product improvement and advertising measurement.
• Apple MapKit — Maps and globe views are provided by Apple; Apple's privacy policy applies.
• Cloudflare Workers — Hosts these legal pages only.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
